In Year 2011, we started humble as a small industrial engineering design team working for only one client，help client design&produce all kinds of official licensed Porshce promotional merchandise products. With more than 14 years hard working and thanks to clients’ support and trust, we have finished lots of small&big projects with clients under official license from Porsche, Audi, Skoda, SUBARU, Daihatsu, KAMAZ, Maserati, GM, HYUNDAI CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT, CNH Industrial…., Our factory main business is, produce custom design products with new tooling molds, custom size, shape design, color decoration, package all can be done according to clients’ specific requirement. We are able to handle all production process (3D design, 3D printing prototype, CNC, EDM, Milling, resin-casting, die-casting, plastic injection, electrostatic spraying, hand spraying painting, mask paint, pad-printing, silk screen printing, Water Transfer Printing, heat transfer printing,decals, Photo-etching, Hardware accessories, assemble, packing). Some process are subcontracted to our reliable experienced partner, some process are finished in house. Although our main products are all kinds of scale model replicas & miniatures (cars, truck, tank, rocket, bus, airplane, gun, ship, farm & construction machinery ect), sometimes clients also ask us to produce other products, such as figures, trophies, plaques, keyring, USB promotional gifts as per their specific requirement. Although material like plastic (ABS, Arcylic, PVC,rubber, PP..) and diecast metal (zinc alloy, aluminium alloy, stainless steel ..) are most frequently used, our experienced industrial engineering team can also advise different material depend on project budget, design and production manufacturability.
